The new 105,000-square-foot factory represents a major step in scaling up production capabilities for Covenant’s innovative missile systems.
The Dallas facility is designed to enable mass production, targeting an annual output of approximately 5,000 missiles once fully operational. This production volume aims to address the increasing demand from the U.S. military and allied nations for affordable precision strike weapons. Covenant has indicated that its missiles will be priced in the mid-six-figure range, considerably lower than many existing systems.
This investment reflects the company’s strategy to challenge established defense contractors by offering cost-effective, rapidly producible strike options. Covenant has also set up a similar production site in Saxony, Germany, underscoring the global scope of its manufacturing ambitions.
